1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the website of Marigold Services Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including our primary domain (marigold-services.com) and any associated development or staging websites (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Important Legal Disclaimers regarding Our Business Model

Before using our Site or engaging our services, you must fully understand and accept the following structural operating principles of Marigold Services Ltd:

Not an Insurance Company: Marigold Services Ltd is an independent Accident Management Company. We are not an insurance company, insurer, or underwriting agent, and we do not sell or issue insurance policies.

Not a Law Firm: We are not a law firm and we do not provide independent regulated legal advice. We work closely alongside independent external solicitors experienced in road traffic accident claims to whom we may introduce you if you require legal representation.

Service Scope: We assist motorists who have been involved in non-fault road traffic accidents by managing their claims, arranging vehicle recovery, vehicle storage, damage assessment, and providing replacement vehicles.

3. No Guarantee of Service Acceptance or Vehicle Provision

The content on this Site does not constitute a contractual offer or a guarantee that you will receive our services or a replacement vehicle.

Eligibility Assessments: All services, including the provision of a replacement vehicle or access to Credit Hire, are strictly subject to an explicit eligibility assessment, verification of your non-fault status, accident circumstances assessment, identity verification, and documentation checks.

Credit Hire Agreements: If you are deemed eligible for a replacement vehicle under credit hire terms, the vehicle will be supplied subject to your execution of a separate, formal, legally binding Credit Hire Agreement. This agreement carries specific contractual terms, liability obligations, and credit assessments where applicable.

Vehicle Availability: While we aim to provide eligible customers with an appropriate replacement vehicle as quickly as possible—frequently targeting same-day delivery—this is explicitly a target and cannot be guaranteed. Vehicle provision remains subject to fleet availability, your geographic location, and the specific verification timelines of your accident circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
